As a Sports Psychologist in training, I am determined to find a purpose and help athletes get into each practice and game with their full potential. 

A little bit about me, I am born and raised in Cherokee Iowa, were I attended the local high school, and participated in band, jazz band, choir, jazz choir, volleyball, basketball, and track. 

I was apart of the MVP Club team out of Sioux city Iowa, for 6 years. We won the NAIA National Title summer of 2015 and we got 3rd the following summer

When I graduated in 2016 I received a scholarship to Adams State University in Alamosa Colorado. Here I played volleyball and took 18+ credits each semester, and graduated in 3 years rather than 4 with my B.A. in Sports Psychology. I was also a mentor for freshman, and sang the national anthem at all home sporting events. 

Today, I am an assistant volleyball coach for the girls and boys team at Fountain Fort-Carson High School, and an Educational Assistant for Special Ed Children at Monore Elementary School. 

I am starting my M.A. in Applied Sports Psychology this fall, and looking forward to working with you.
